An air source heat pump is a heating and cooling system that uses the outdoor air as a source of heat. It works by using a compressor and a refrigerant to transfer heat from the air outside to the indoor air, or vice versa depending on whether you are using it for heating or cooling.
An air source heat pump is an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional heating and cooling systems, as it uses the natural heat in the air to provide heating and cooling rather than burning fossil fuels.
A ground source heat pump, also known as a geothermal heat pump, is a heating and cooling system that uses the ground as a source of heat. It works by using a series of underground pipes, called a loop system, to transfer heat from the ground to the indoor air, or vice versa depending on whether you are using it for heating or cooling.
A ground source heat pump is also an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional heating and cooling systems, as it uses the stable temperature of the ground to provide heating and cooling rather than burning fossil fuels.
If so, we have the perfect green energy solution for you - air and ground source heating!
