Enquiry and quote forms. When you complete our contact or quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number and any details you include about your enquiry, so we can respond and provide a quote.
Free guide requests. If you request our boiler guide we collect your name and email address to send it to you and to follow up about your enquiry.
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect anonymised analytics data about how visitors use the site (for example pages viewed and approximate location), so we can improve it. See "Analytics" below.

To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes and services you have requested.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregated information about how visitors use our site. We have configured it to limit the data collected and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. We do not currently use a cookie consent banner; if you would prefer not to be included in analytics, you can:
